PADUCAH, Ky. – With the election just over a month away, Governor Matt Bevin and challenger Andy Beshear will be taking part in a forum in Paducah.

The event is scheduled for October 3, at the Julian Carroll Convention Center.

The buffet lunch begins at 11:30. The televised forum starts at noon.

Beshear and Bevin will have opening and closing statements. A media panel will also be asking them questions

Chamber of Commerce monthly Power Cards will be honored.

The public is invited to attend.

The cost is $20.

Reservations are required by October 1 unless you are a Power Card holder.

According to the Paducah Area Chamber of Commerce, no campaign banners or other promotional materials will be allowed.

That includes buttons, shirts, signs and more.

Organizers are asking audience members to remain silent during the forum.
